Dream Ticket is Dead

Hillary Clinton killed the dream ticket idea with her Argus-gaffe.

No reasonable member of the Obama family would want a person that is hopefully waiting to benefit from an attempt of BO's life to be his VP.  Any good insurance company would see fraud/criminal intent writen all over such ticket.

It died a long time before today.

There is a reasonable Odrama? (none / 0)

Seems to me like Odrama was desperate to avoid a Hillary co-campaign.

As well as desperate to prevent people from knowing that June campaigning was common.

That makes much more sense to me. It explains the FAUX-NEWS

Re: There is a reasonable Odrama? (none / 0)

are you slow or what? the Obama campaign has brushed off her comments.

John McCain hates terrorists, except the ones that hate women. Those are just swell.

Re: Dream Ticket is Dead (2.00 / 1)

Unless the Obama campaign believes in the adage "keep your friends close/keep your enemies closer."

Imagine them as running mates after a long day on the trail:

H: Hey, Barack, I made you some pudding. Everybody loves pudding, right?

O: You bet, Hil. Hey, what flavor is it?

H: Arsen-- I mean, pistachio. Yeah, pistachio.

re (none / 0)

John McCain is absolutley doing backflips too! I would say at least 30% of Clinton Supporters are going to vote McCain after the treatment Hillary has recieved from the press.

by rossinatl on Sat May 24, 2008 at 12:07:06 PM EST

Ridiculous (none / 0)

There's no chance that 30% of Clinton supporters are certifiably insane.

I disagree. (2.00 / 1)

To some they'd rather 4 years of McCain than the constant idoltry of Obama, the constant blame of them being racists, and a little bit of revenge thrown in for the demonization of Clinton.

This little thing is not making it's round for no reason....

That's pretty good. (2.00 / 1)

I'd be willing to bet that there's a Clinton supporter version out there somewhere.

Re: I disagree. (none / 0)

Cute.  But it seems to me that Hillary realizes that she has no chance in 2012 if Obama doesn't win in 2008.

Change is coming soon.

Vote of no confidence.. (none / 0)

In European countries, voters can call for a vote of no confidence which triggers an immediate vote for chief executive. It shields them against some of the abuses we see here.

Like four years of Bush

Not helpful (none / 0)

Please.. it's memorial day weekend... let's all remember that over 4000 americans are already dead... and ever more will die if we don't let this go and put everything that's happened behind us and come together.

This petty squabble is not a good way to honor our fallen heroes

26,000 Americans die every year -healthcare lack (none / 0)

Lack of access to affordable healthcare kills them.

Obama's healthcare model doesnt change that. he continues to trade money for coverage.

People who cant afford lowered co pays, high deductibles have to go without drugs and doctor visits under Obama.

Hillary will give the poor healthcare that they have never had before.

You live in a fantasy world Architek (none / 0)

You're fucking deranged and uninformed and I'm going to call you on your bullshit.

If you sincerely believe that HRC's version of healthcare is going to breeze through Congress you're full of shit.

That story contains comments from DEMOCRATIC legislators.  You're a goddamned one-issue voter who has little idea of what the fuck he's talking about.
